Fermentation Facilities

Our factory is equipped with different scales of fermenters (including liquid and solid-state fermenters), feeding tanks, and preparation tanks. All of the equipment are made of stainless steel 316L, controlled and monitored with fully automatic computer control system, allowing multiple parameter settings and controlled according to the fermentation process. With above mentioned capability, we're also able to create environment suitable for anaerobic fermentation, in both fermentation and down-stream processes. Combining with the subsequent extraction and purification process (Extraction Manufacturing), we could achieve the optimal mass production goal.
